All orders placed through our website are subject to payment verification and order approval before shipment. Once an order has been successfully submitted, our fulfillment team begins preparing the order for packaging and dispatch.
Orders are processed during regular business days only. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During periods of increased demand, promotional events, severe weather conditions, or carrier-related disruptions, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified through the contact information provided during checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently provide shipping services within the United States using a flat-rate shipping structure. Delivery timelines consist of two separate phases:
- Order Processing / Handling Time
- Transit Time after shipment
Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

3. Cut-off Time Information
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders submitted before the cut-off time are generally processed within the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be queued for processing on the following business day.
For example:
- An order placed at 3:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday will typically begin processing the same day.
- An order placed at 7:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday will generally be processed on Wednesday.
- An order placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
The cut-off time exists to ensure order accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and timely carrier dispatch operations.

If tracking information has not updated for several business days or appears inaccurate, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
6. Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages may occur. Firstduews is not responsible for shipments affected by customer-provided address errors.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged Packages
If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should contact us promptly with clear photos of the packaging and product condition so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
7. Order Changes & Cancellation
Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact us as quickly as possible after placing the order.
Because orders are processed rapidly, modification or cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once fulfillment preparation has begun.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the return process after delivery.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Firstduews only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping services. Orders requesting delivery outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.
Future international shipping availability may be introduced as our operations continue to expand.
9. Product Availability & Inventory
Our store offers a variety of women’s footwear products including boots, loafers slip-ons, pumps, and slippers.
