Ordering & Checkout

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, and add items to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once the purchase is successfully completed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders more easily and manage your information for future purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter processing. Requests must be sent immediately to our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified and must follow our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or item quantity. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within one business day. Transit time typically ranges from 2 to 6 business days after shipment. Delivery schedules may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking allows you to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s system.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Are there any return or restocking fees?

No. Firstduews has a strict No Fees Policy. We do not charge return fees, restocking fees, or refund processing fees.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 12 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and PayPal. PayPal is recommended for faster checkout and additional buyer protection.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Firstduews does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
