1. Shipping Coverage

At this time, Firstduews ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, freight forwarding, or delivery to territories outside the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed and may be canceled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location at:

Shipping timelines are calculated based on this origin address and the destination within the United States.

3. Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders. This fee:

  • Applies to every order, regardless of order value
  • Has no minimum purchase requirement
  • Is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed

No additional handling or processing fees are added beyond the stated shipping fee unless explicitly shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing Workflow

To ensure transparency, the order fulfillment process follows these steps:

  1. Order Placement: The customer places an order through our website and completes payment.
  2. Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday are eligible for same-day processing.
  3. Handling Time: Orders are prepared, verified, packed, and labeled within 1 business day.
  4. Shipment: Once the order leaves our facility, it is handed over to the selected carrier.
  5. Delivery: The carrier delivers the package to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

5. Handling Time vs. Transit Time

It is important to understand the difference between handling time and transit time:

Handling time refers to the period after an order is placed and before it is shipped. During this time, we verify order details, prepare the products, and package the shipment. Our standard handling time is 1 business day.

Transit time refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after it has been shipped. Transit times typically range from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Handling time and transit time are separate and are both required to estimate the total delivery timeframe.

6. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (EST). Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If an order is returned due to address issues, eligibility for reshipment, cancellation, or refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
